Vectis Custom Homes builds and renovates luxury homes across Vancouver Island, British Columbia — 135 completed projects and 30 years in business. We created a website that feels as considered as their homes: large photography, an elegant serif voice, and a clear path from first impression to “Get In Touch”.

Challenge
Choosing a custom builder is one of the biggest decisions a homeowner makes, and the fear is always the same: delays, unclear budgets and poor communication. The site needed to earn trust fast — showing craftsmanship, credentials and real client experiences before asking for contact.
Approach
We led with the work: a full-bleed hero, the key numbers (projects, team, years) and a project carousel spanning waterfront and modern coastal homes. A side-by-side “what most builders get wrong” comparison tackles objections head-on, long-form testimonials add proof, and recognition from the Better Business Bureau and CFIB sits right below the fold.
